Ford Motor Co.'s F-150 was this year's top-selling new vehicle through November, while Honda Motor Co.'s Accord topped the list of used-car sales, according to online automotive-information provider Edmunds.com... Rounding out the top-three new-car models were General Motors Co.'s Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and Toyota Motor Corp.'s Camry.
