Inskeep Fords' Service Manager Tim Hamilton was just recognized by the Ford Motor Company as a a level 4, Elite Achiever.
There were more than 61,000 Sales, F&I, Parts, Service and Body Shop professionals that participated in the 2016 Ford Employee Excellence program. This is a ONE FORD program that captures performance information in the areas of both Sales and Customer Satisfaction. It allows Ford to recognize those individuals who delivered excellence every day and reached top levels of achievement in their area of expertise.
Of the more than 61,000 dealership employees nationwide, only 704 demonstrated they are the best by achieving level 4 or "Elite Status"
